Professional Bio (241 words)

Tanya Quinn is a leading advocate, speaker, trainer, and consultant in the field of small business social responsibility. She believes that every action, no matter how small, can contribute to the greater good. That the power to truly make a difference does NOT belong only to large businesses and Corporations or nonprofits.

She’s always had an overwhelming need to see the bigger picture – to know how her efforts and energy in life contribute to something more. She spent almost 20 years chasing this passion through private and public businesses and nonprofit organizations but never found a way to do “enough.” In 2016 she left Corporate America to focus on her family and start her own business.

Driven by her own experience as a small business owner, Tanya recognized a significant gap between large corporate social responsibility programs and the needs of smaller businesses. To bridge this divide, she founded Small Actions Greater Good with the mission to provide education, resources, and training to empower Small Business Owners to do more effective social good that benefits their business, makes them proud of their efforts, and inspires others.

Tanya's deep expertise in process and strategic development has been instrumental in the creating the Small Actions Framework, a unique approach to social responsibility tailored specifically for small businesses. With this framework, she helps small business owners build stronger relationships with their customers, employees, and communities, while also making a meaningful difference in the world.
